Overdraft Protection

Overdraft protection is available on personal and commercial accounts. The interest rate is based on if collateral is provided and is floating based on the Prime Rate. Amounts as low as $100.00 are available.

Residential Mortgages

Conventional mortgages with financing up to 75% of the current appraised value or purchase price. CMHC financing is available with a minimum of 5% down payment. Amortization can be up to a maximum of 25 years. We offer open rate terms for 1 year to 3 year terms or closed rate terms for 1 to 5 years. Mortgage protection insurance for life and disability is available for purchase on all personal mortgages.
